Below please find a list of various documents that will be needed to expedite the processing and approval of your mortgage application.

To ensure that we may serve you to the best of our ability, please have the following with you for your first meeting with one of Mortgage Capital Resource.

1. Income Verfication - Previous two years W2's and one month's/30 day's current pay stubs. Complete tax returns including all tax schedules will be required if the applicant is one of the following:

• Self Employed
• Employed in a family business
• A tradesman
• Receiving all or part of his/her income from bonus, commission, partnership, trust income, or rental property.
2. Signed copy of Purchase/Sales Contract and all addendums - (or copy of Deed and Survey - with orginal signatures of buyers and sellers, if applicable).
3. Social Security numbers of all borrowers
4. Checking and Savings Accounts of banking institutions, credit unions and S&L's you bank with

   Please include:

   • Name and address
   • Account numbers
   • Balances
   • Last three statements - complete with all pages.

5. Stocks, Bonds and Investments - Requirements are the same as those listed above.
6. Life Insurance Policies - Company and face value.
7. Retirement Plans - Amount of plan and copy of most recent statement.
8. Automobiles Owned - Make, year and market value.
9. Other Assets - Approximate value of personal property and funiture.
10. Credit Information - For each open account:
    • Creditor name, address, account number, balance and amount of monthly payments.
    • If account has been paid off, provide a statement showing zero balance.
