I have done my share of moving and I know exactly how daunting it can be! It is so wonderful when you find the perfect real estate agent to help you through all the hurdles - someone like me!

My Life

I came to Colorado over 10 years ago because I wanted to raise my children in a place which offers lots of outdoor activities and and incredible natural beauty -- a high quality of life. Before my two boys were born, my husband and I traveled Colorado extensively. We skied a dozen of the best ski areas, jostled across a lot of awesome 4-wheel drive mountain passes, camped in a wide-range of places and learned to cross-country ski. Now I love climbing Pikes Peak each year and I'm really into mountain biking. It is fun to help others discover what I have found here in Colorado.

My Job

I got into real estate because there are so many things about the profession that appeal to me. I feel good when I have helped someone find a new home. It is gratifying to relieve the stress people often feel when selling their home. Putting together a deal which satisfies all the parties involved is rewarding. I love working for myself and I take pride in providing people the opportunity to have someone represent them with integrity, sincerity and competence.

My Style

Everyone seeks new business, and I do too. I decided to skip the cold calling, look-at-me ads, and endless mailers. Instead, I actually spend my time taking care of my clients. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth and as painless as possible. This means I anticipate glitches and eliminate surprises. It is my responsibility to plan every step, solve problems, and respond to calls and questions in a timely manner. All aspects are handled by me, not by a staff person. In other words, I prefer establishing a long-standing relationship - not just one fast deal. And.... I think since I do my job right, people are excited about my standards of service and they feel totally comfortable referring me to their co-workers, friends and family .... and I have new business!!!
